However, the memorial triggers a range of emotions among Stefano's children, due to their complicated relationships with their father. Stefano's adopted children, Kristen and Peter, held grudges against him, while Tony, also not a biological child of Stefano's, was treated like one.  More DOOL spoilers suggest the reading of Stefano's Will could potentially stir up trouble within the family. EJ anticipates the Will could pit Stefano's children against each other. Furthermore, Gabby Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) could potentially inherit a significant portion of the estate as her divorce from Stefan (Brandon Barash) was forged and therefore invalid. The source also suggested that Peter's return could coincide with the four-year anniversary of his supposed death.  The General Hospital LEAK also hints at the existence of two Nathans, a real one and a fake one. This theory could explain Britt's unusual reaction upon seeing Nathan alive. The revelation of a possible lookalike twist has led to speculation that Peter may have undergone plastic surgery to resemble his brother, Nathan.  This GH theory aligns with Peter's history of stepping into Nathan's life after Faison killed him and his jealousy towards Nathan.
