The reason why I called the podcast "Free The Belly" is because I have found, through my own quest for better health, that many of us hold tension in the centre part of our bodies, and that it can get in the way of us living our most pain-free and authentic lives. On this podcast, I will speak to different individuals from all walks of life, medical and health professionals, motivational speakers, business owners, mothers, parents and many more who will share with us their story on how they “freed their bellies" or how they help others free their bellies!
