    What have ya been up to mate?

    We Are Back On Champions. Like a finger in a bum, we slide straight back into the depths! A little rusty but we are back in the chairs to deliver the dribble all seven of you have come to know & love! Its a been a hot minute since we were last here & we are not sorry at all! We have missed the hot seats & the fan mail, however family comes first & fame second! We've lined up a whole bunch of local larrikins for 2025. We kick it off with a local boat builder & his buddy then we are off & racing with local moto legend, then we chat with a trail building duo powerhouse & many more! Strap in champions, we are orf!

    Ep. 10 Double parked & dribbling

    GER DAY, CHAM PIN YONS! Were back with more of the same stuff ya keep hassling us about. We pulled in our man Spiffy for more of his memoirs. So we have 3 + hours of drunken dribble for ya. We double park with a few froffs's & side of scotch & judging from the headache I found my self with the following morning! I have no doubt we may have upset one or two people! Hopefully we just solved some of the first world problems we face everyday! So strap in legends, it could be interesting! If we upset ya, let us know. If we didn't, great.     Ep 9. Cari Ah Sam - Living her best life.

    G'day champions, it's been a solid minute but we are back with another bonza convo for you. So strap in & have a listen to some words from the wise. But first a quick intro & a shout out. Seeing Is Believing: Dre & I are both fathers of 2 beautiful girls mine 13 & 14, Dre's are 2 & 5. So it's seems natural for us to seek out positive role models for our daughters to be inspired by. I speak for myself when I say I believe we need Female Role Models to inspire our girls to think bigger on local a level. Let me explain my self a little. While It's amazing to see Caroline Buchanan flying on her bike, Ash Barty smashing ace's, Julia Gillard running a country, Tayla Harris flying high for a mark & so many more incredible women across all sporting codes & industries slaying life. The truth is that there are 13 million women in Australia & becoming an Aussie elite is a very small percentage of that number, so define success in this modern day of social media dominance. Happiness, what makes you happy? Success comes in so many different ways & when we look locally we find so many amazing women who are business owners, Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Chef's, CEO's, Mothers, Coach's, Educators, Pilot's, ya get what I'm saying! These are the women who are available for your daughters, they live right next door! Your local area has the most incredible humans & these are the women that make the best roll models for our girls. Like, Cari Ah Sam & so many more in our area. Cari is living her best life & is constantly living & learning & in doing so knowingly or not is most definitely a local role model for our youth. Someone great said "You cant be what you cant see" I think it was Marian Wright Edelman? I could be wrong but still the phrase is what it is, True. That's why local hero's are like Cari are so important to us & should be celebrated. So with out anymore of me & my thoughts, please get an earful of this local Omeo champion Cari Ah Sam.     After 2 failed attempts due to a dodgy SD card - Brook still managed to bring the energy & keep Dre going for another shit slinger of a hum dinger! Brook rolled in to the bike shop a little while ago after our mate Trav at MTB Suspension Works said ''If ya riding Mt Taylor be sure to call in see the lads at Bairnsdale Bikes, they'll hook you up with a new saddle.'' He did call in & has been frothing the vibe our MTB community brings for the past four months or so! We love the energy Brook brings into everything he does & everyone around him.     G'day champions, this episode we sit down for a chat with our mate Huddo. If you ride mountain bikes, I reckon most of you will know who he is or you would have at least heard of this inspiring young man. We have a pretty cruisy chat, of course our usual shit slinging banter gets a solid run on & our man Huddo is no slouch in that game!
