    Ep. 018 This Movie Scene Opened Our Eyes

    When was the last time you stopped and realized that the areas you struggle in the most are the areas that you are the most stagnant in. So that must mean that the opposite is true. The areas that you don't struggle in that much are the areas that you, for lack of better term, thrive in. Well, as we were watching this weekend and there was s a scene that involved the main character jumping on a desk that really opened our eyes to some of the struggles we have personally but also as a society.     Ep. 013 Something We've NERVER Done Together Before...

This has been something we've talk about in the past but, it hasn't been a priority. However, this past weekend, we did it and man, was it impactful! A lot of people struggle with this "all or nothing" mentality when it comes to most things, especially fitness. In today's episode, Mags and I talk about how we view fitness and how YOU can start to approach it in a way that it becomes something so much more enjoyable for you. The secret to being successful with your health and fitness is doing it in a way that's enjoyable, consistent and even a little challenging.     Ep. 011 How To Build The Perfect Relationship

    Does the perfect relationship even exist? Well, of course not! No relationship is perfect, especially ours! However, should you strive for your relationship to be as good as it can be? ABSOLUTELY! Mags and I will be the first to let you know we do not have a perfect relationship. In fact, we never want to come off as if we do. In today's episode, we talk through ALL the good, the bad, the ups, and the downs of our relationship. We open up about how we used to handle things like arguments / disagreements in the beginning of our relationship and how we handle them now. There have been plenty of challenging times for us for sure! Both as individuals and as a couple. However, one thing we know is that we have improved and will keep working to improve our relationship. We hope you enjoy today's episode! p.s.
