    Interview with Diane Cunningham Ellis

    In this episode, Diane Cunningham Ellis and I have a great discussion about keeping God first in life, entrepreneurship, and business. Here is a little bit about Diane from her website: https://dianecunningham.com/ I believe in Brave.  I have been teaching women to choose brave for a decade.  Why? Cause I have had to step into this myself again and again.    I have been called an action-taking creative machine.  This is one of the primary ways I support you.  Not to boast but…..I have created hundreds of courses, programs, and groups since I stumbled into entrepreneurship sideways after losing my counseling career.  My desire is to inspire women on this brave inspired journey as they create new things… often surprising themselves.  I am a flurry of activity with my ACTIVATOR and WOO strengths. (See below for my top 5) 10 Random Facts that might make you want to hire her or run from her:  Diane has run 4 full marathons and more half marathons that we need to try to add up Diane now drinks black coffee after driving to Starbucks for a creamy iced concoction for 25 years. She is an extrovert who works from home for 15 years (well now her husband is in the next room and she can go visit him on occasion or ask him what he wants for dinner) Diane learned to cook in 2018 and now cooks 3 times a day. She eats vegetables at all of the meals including 3 veggies at breakfast. Diane played the clarinet, cymbals, in marching band in high school. She also was a lead in her high school musical, Brigadoon, ran cross country and track, and worked part time at a donut shop. Diane birthed 11 books since 2010.  She survived a plane crash in 2011.   Diane is a wife, daughter and grandma to 2 little ones… so far! Diane loves video and has been on YouTube talking, rambling and teaching since 2008. She is getting better and less rambly.  LOL Go take a look here!!     Interview with Sophy Velazquez

    In this episode, Sophy Velazquez and I discuss keeping God first, domestic violence, and mental health issues. Sophy Velazquez is an advocate for domestic violence. She is a daughter and a Mother and she is attending Liberty University working on getting her Bachelor’s degree. Sophy runs a support group on Facebook helping women survivors of domestic violence by educating and empowering them through the word of God.     Interview with Shari Ledlie

    In this episode, Shari Ledlie and I have a wonderful conversation about seeking God and keeping him first, life, family, marriage, and ministry! Shari Ledlie has been in ministry for over 40 years serving beside her husband Arthur.  As a team they served as youth pastors, founded the inner-city church in southwest Detroit Metropolitan World Outreach Center, founded the Detroit urban children’s evangelism organization entitled, “The Good News Gang Metro”, and currently The Bridge Networks, a nonprofit assisting and supporting pastors, missionaries & leaders with classes, mentoring, empowerment, and networking. Shari is a credentialed Minister, author of a children’s book focusing on self-esteem and inner healing entitled, Atticus and teacher supplementary Lessons From Atticus.  Shari has written additional programs/seminars in fitness, U Count, and a life discipleship for urban youth: The Challenge and JV Masters. She has also authored Walking in Wholeness, an 8 week curriculum taking people from trauma to healing, deliverance, and hope. Her life passion is to see people overcome and be empowered to fulfill their destinies in Christ. Shari holds a B.A. degree in Family Life Education from Spring Arbor University. She has been married for 40 years and has two adult children, Paul (Elizabeth) Ledlie, Jessica (Timothy John) Ellis, 6 grandchildren, and many spiritual children and now spiritual grandchildren.  https://bridgenetworks.org/

    Interview with Tanecia Mitchell

    In this episode, Tanecia Mitchell and I have a wonderful conversation about seeking God and keeping him first in business, writing, and life. She also shares about her excellent and much-needed book called “Renew the Inner You.” Tanecia (Ta-knee-see-uh) Mitchell, Ph.D. is an author, scientist, mentor, educator, and consultant. She leads a research laboratory that has generated millions of dollars in grant funding to study kidney disease.  As the founder of “The Glory Agency”, Dr. Mitchell specializes in empowering people to discover and become who they were created to be. She provides practical strategies her clients can apply personally and professionally. Dr. Mitchell mentors with passion and guides those around her to elevate their vision to new heights.   She learned the value of perseverance and integrity at an early age in Little Rock, AR. Her dedication and determination have allowed her to become the “first” woman, African-American, or person to accomplish many achievements throughout her career.     Interview with Bethany Paternoga

    In our first episode, I am talking with a great friend of mine, Bethany Paternoga. We discuss how seeking God first is the way she is able to maintain her busy life as a wife, mother, grandmother, homeschool teacher, Pastor, and Founder of an International Ministry. Tune in as we unpack the benefits of seeking God first! Bethany is a Mother of seven children ( only 2 are biological) and 6 grandchildren, with one on the way! She also has many spiritual sons and daughters that are spread throughout the United States and abroad. She is a Pastor ordained through Church Growth International of the Americas and Independent Christian Churches International. Bethany was a former Youth Leader, Young Adults Pastor, Preschool Sunday School Teacher, Prayer Pastor, and she Organized and led the National Day of Prayer in her city. She has also worked in pastoral counseling, Inner Healing, and Deliverance Ministry and has extensive training in childhood trauma and mental health crisis.
