    Power of Our Testimony. Young Motherhood and Raising Daughters with Paige Geidel

    On todays episode I am joined by Paige! We sit down to chat all things motherhood and even life changes that sometimes aren’t the easiest at first. Through prayer we see that Paige has walked out of a harder season and is looking ahead as her family continues to grow!  We later chat all things femininity and how Paige is honoured to be raising two little girls. We talk about how she is honouring their femininity and so excited to continue to raise up women of God.     Seasons and Priorities with Dr. Joan

    Today we are joined by Dr. Joan who actually is my mother-in-law. We get a glimpse into many seasons of her life. Including, Desiring to be a mother, marriage, school and her work as a clinical phycologist, motherhood and faith! It is inspiring to hear that she chose being a wife and mother above the very important work she does. She put being a wife and mother first and phycologist second. You can have priorities and still accomplish many things that you love. Her impact in the mental health community is vast. Towards the end of the episode she dives into how she can do the work she does, which is working with people who have walked unimaginable footsteps and still continue to maintain her health.     All About My Doula Journey and Business!

    Tune into this episode to learn about what doulas do and my heart for my doula business! I take the time to really share the story behind giving up my dreams of being a teacher, how I came to pursuing doula work, and all about Womb of Eden My work as a doula is such a huge part of my life and sharing this story brings a tear to my eye. Being a fertility, birth, and postpartum doula, I have the opportunity to work with families from the preconception-postpartum phases of their journey. I love getting to be a part of these seasons that women and families go through. From cycle tracking and awareness, pregnancy prevention/achievement, and assisted reproductive technology or adoption, fertility doulas are there to support! Birth doulas take time to make sure you have the information and support you need to have the birth of your dreams! Postpartum doulas assist new families with newborn care, light household chores and taking care of the external things, while families have the opportunity to soak in their new babe!     Motherhood, Ministry, and His will not ours

    Today I am joined by my very first guest. I could not be more excited to welcome my momma, Elaine to the podcast for episode 2. We dive into motherhood, ministry, and Gods plan The topic of Gods will be done and not outs comes up a lot in this conversation. If it wasn't for Elaine trusting in the Father, she never would have continued to grow her family which was her dream as a young girl. Motherhood can be tough, and scary, but when we include God on the journey it all changes. Leaving what you know and love can be rough. Take time to mourn the loss and heartache of seasons. Wait till you see what's around the corner. We chat leaving things we love and taking our foot out of the door. When God closes a door, he opens an even better door. Bet you've heard that before, not like in this episode. Including God on the journey makes the opening of a new door that much sweeter.
