    World Cup Win Ruined, Thank You Gio, and Thorns are Back!

    Spain has won their first-ever Women’s World Cup despite a coach and a federation against them. We talk about the scandal amid the celebrations. The Timbers have parted ways with Gio Savarese despite him being the most beloved coach in Portland Timbers history. Thank you Gio for everything, we wish you the best of luck in the next part of your journey. The Thorns made history once again! Despite playing down a player for over 75 minutes, they never gave in and got the win in front of a season-high over 22,000 fans.     World Cup Final Preview, USWNT, and Thorns + Timbers are back!

    Vlatko Andonovski is no longer the head coach of the USWNT, what is next for the team? The World Cup final is here! Spain and England will play for their first-ever title. Spain has done it without the support of their federation and in spite of the coaching. England was one of the favorites going in and have not been flashy going about their business. Sarina Wiegman continues to get her side to win and find new ways to get it done. The Portland Timbers and Thorns are back! The Timbers will travel to Houston to face the Dynamo while the Thorns are back at Providence Park and will welcome back Rocky Rodriguez and Christine Sinclair. First place is up for grabs when they host North Caroline Courage for the NWSL Table top spot.
