    NOP: Dear Twin

    Writing letters to someone can help a person communicate their true feelings when they find it difficult to say those feelings aloud. Writing letters has been a way for me to process my thoughts on paper first without stumbling over my own tongue. In this episode, I chose to write a letter to my twin to express feelings I never got to say to her while she was here.

    Whether we acknowledge it or not, we all have mental health. It is something that we must maintain just as closely as physical health; however, we often fail to discuss it. I suggest we break the ice. In episode seven, I choose to highlight my struggles and be a voice when it seems other mental health advocates are far and wide.
