    Libra New Moon: Why Every Room Leaves You So Exhausted

    The New Moon in Libra lands Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 17 degrees of Libra. Its ruler, Venus, is retrograde at 7 degrees of Scorpio and locks into an exact square with Mars at 7 degrees of Leo on the very same day. Love and rage, eye to eye. This is a truth-telling New Moon, a reading of what is actually sitting on the scales. Think about the last room you walked out of. Did you leave energized, or exhausted?     When Is It Going to Get Easy? | New Moon in Virgo, September 11 2026

    Tonight at 8:27pm Phoenix time the Sun and Moon meet at 18 degrees of Virgo, and almost nothing in the sky is touching it. No squares. Nobody sitting on top of it. The only help is Mars from Cancer, and Mars doesn't get here until the 14th. The seed goes in first. The help comes after. This is the first clean lunation since the eclipses, and about nine hours before the seed went in, Uranus stood still at 5 degrees of Gemini. So this one is quiet on purpose, and I took my time with it on purpose too. That's Virgo doing Virgo. In this episode we walk through the gap Virgo keeps pointing at, the difference between fixation and transfixation (trans, meaning across), and why I think this season is asking for transfiguration even more than transformation. That's Rudhyar's word, and he wrote it in the middle of a world war. We've been changing the water for YEARS. This new moon is about the glass. We also get into the apprentice and the tools, manipulation as a force that fed ancient Egypt and also turned the sky black over the plains in the 1930s, the input/output loop nobody likes, and the one word I want you to carry out of here: tolerance.     What Saturn in Aries is REALLY about

    Saturn retrograde in Aries wants to know if you're really going to do the thing. Saturn does its gestation retrograde now, all the way to December 10th. If you're 27 to 30, or moving into your late 50s and early 60s, this might be your Saturn return. Saturn is the planet of structure, the planet that binds and holds things together, the foundation we stand on. The feeling, the process of earning something, that's what Saturn is really focused on. If it's just handed to you, trust and believe you'll find a reason to complain about how easy it was. Now put that next to Aries. Aries wants to do this, wants to do this, wants to do this, has the desire, and starts four different projects around it. Saturn goes: a desire is not enough. You gotta do something with it, and you gotta do it consistently. How many of us are wannabes? I want to be this, I want to be this, and Saturn's like, okay, we'll do it, but I want it to come easy. This platform took a decade's worth in the making before it became anything bountiful. There are still days I get up and don't want to do it. How much of that is an excuse that would sabotage me if I let it? Saturn presents a mountain. The mountain is that of self. You gotta get over yourself. Retrograde is not Saturn sitting back and just going, okay, whatever, you deal with it. It's a concentration and amplification, Saturn standing across the table asking if you're really going to do it. Courage doesn't just find you. Courage is found in the doing, sculpted with every fear, every impulse. I had to fall on my face and face my imposter syndrome before I could stand here and say any of this. Only you know who you are. Only you know what you're capable of, and it's time to prove it. Look at where Saturn's hitting your chart. That's the arena this is playing out in.
