Fixing the Multiverse Saga: Spider-Man: No Way Home

So we're fixing the Multiverse Saga once again, but this time, with Tom Holland's Spider-Man: No Way Home. And again, this one doesn't require too many changes from the original, so here it is! Spider-Man: No Way HomeAfter Mysterio reveals Peter Parker's identity to the world and frames him for murder, Matt Murdock clears Peter of the charges. Although acquitted, the controversy causes MIT to reject Peter, MJ & Ned. Desperate to give his friends a normal future, Peter asks Dr. Strange to go back in time, but since the Time Stone's gone, Strange decides to cast a spell to make the world forget Peter is Spider-Man. When Peter changes the spell repeatedly mid-casting, it grows unstable, forcing Strange to contain it. It begins pulling in people from nearby realities who know Peter is Spider-Man, like Green Goblin, Sandman, Electro Doc Ock and Lizard into the MCU. They capture the villains to send them back to their universes, but Peter learns several of them are fated to die if they return. Encouraged by Aunt May, he steals the spell box to cure them first. After curing Doc Ock, Goblin resurfaces and kills May. Electro refries Doc Ock's chip, and the villains scatter. Grief-stricken, Peter is found by the two other Spider-Men, who comfort him and help finish the cures. The Spider-Men confront and cure them but Goblin blows the spell box and reality begins to crack. To save it, Peter has Strange cast a spell that makes everyone forget Peter Parker entirely. The visitors return to their worlds, and Peter goes on as Spider-Man alone, choosing not to reveal his identity to MJ or Ned.End credits: Eddie Brock's Venom briefly arrives in Mexico but is pulled back to his own universe before becoming involved, leaving behind a small piece of the symbiote. Post-credits: Karl Mordo is brought before the Illuminati, who recruit him to arrest Strange for his actions.

    Fixing The Multiverse Saga: Hawkeye

Next we're fixing Hawkeye, the Disney+ series that brought back Jeremy Renner and introduced us to Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop. Here's how we would have rewritten it to fit more with with what we're building in the Multiverse Saga! Hawkeye Clint Barton secretly attends a criminal auction where his Ronin suit is being sold, but the Tracksuit Mafia raid the auction to steal the suit. He meets Kate Bishop there, a young archer who idolizes him and reveals her stepfather, Jack Duquesne, organized the auction and she plans to expose him. Together, they uncover evidence linking Bishop Security to a string of murders done by a Ronin impersonator. Clint realizes the suit was stolen to lure out the real Ronin and confronts the impostor, discovering it's Echo, the daughter of a crime boss he killed as Ronin. He tells Echo he killed Ronin when Yelena Belova interrupts, seeking revenge for Natasha's death. Echo realizes Clint actually is Ronin, but Kate helps him escape. Yelena then reveals to Kate that Eleanor Bishop placed the bounty on Clint. Clint orchestrates a confrontation between Jack and Kazi, exposing that Kazi manipulated Echo into carrying out the Ronin murders to frame Bishop Security and Wilson Fisk orchestrated the death of Echo's father. Jack escapes, Echo kills Kazi after learning the truth, and the battle leaves Clint permanently deaf. Yelena makes peace with Clint over their love for Natasha, Kate turns her mother in for her crimes, and Clint retires and trains Kate as the new Hawkeye. End credits: Wilson Fisk is released from prison and claims the "deep state" forced him to take the fall for crimes committed by Eleanor Bishop and the mysterious vigilante Ronin. He declares his campaign for mayor of New York, promising to eliminate masked vigilantes once and for all.

    Fixing The Multiverse Saga: Eternals

In our latest edition of Fixing the Multiverse Saga, we take a look at Eternals, the visually stunning film that didn't quite get audiences as hyped in theaters, but honestly, we didn't even end up making many changes to it. We kind of just trimmed the fat more or less. Here's how we would have done Eternals, et us know your thoughts down below! The Eternals - Ikaris, Kingo, Druig, Thena, Sprite, Makkari, Phastos, Gilgamesh, Sersi and her boyfriend, Dane Whitman, reunite after Ajax, their leader, is found dead. The Celestial Arishem then informs Sersi that Celestials maintain the flow of energy in the universe, and that new Celestials are born as a seed within a planet as intelligent life develops to a certain point. The Celestials created the Deviants to kill the apex predators so intelligent life could flourish on developing world but when the Deviants began killing all life, the Eternals were created to destroy them. They were then forbidden from interfering in human affairs. The Eternals learn Tiamut's emergence has been accelerated by the Blip and will soon destroy Earth and decide to stop it. However, Ikaris reveals that he knew about the Emergence all along and turns against the others, believing their mission must be completed. Sprite joins him, but the other Eternals eventually stop them. Gilgamesh is killed when the Deviants attack, and Sprite realizes the error of her choice. The Eternals stop Tiamut's emergence together and Sersi uses her powers to turn Sprite into a human, Druig, Makkari and Thena leave aboard the Domo to search for other Eternals scattered throughout the universe, while Sersi, Kingo, Dane & Phastos remain on Earth. Arishem arrives to judge the Eternals for stopping the Emergence and takes Sersi, Kingo and Phastos with him. End credits: Dane Whitman discovers the Ebony Blade and hears a mysterious voice—Blade—speaking to him. Post-credits: Eros, the brother of Thanos, arrives aboard the Domo and introduces himself to Druig, Makkari and Thena. He reveals that Sersi, Kingo and Phastos have been captured by Arishem and offers to help find them.

Fixing The Multiverse Saga: The Falcon And The Winter Soldier

So in our next episode of Fixing The Multiverse Saga, we have Falcon and the Winter Soldier! The changes here are more about the details rather than the plot overall. But here's the basic storyline! The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Sam Wilson retires Captain America's shield to the US government, only for them to pick John Walker as the new Captain America. Walker forces himself into Bucky and Sam's investigation of the Flag Smashers, who claim Earth was better during the Blip. Bucky learns they obtained a new version of the Super-Soldier Serum from the Power Broker and enlists the Dora Milaje to free Zemo, who takes them to the Power Broker's network in Madripoor. After a bounty hunter attack, Zemo is captured by the Power Broker's forces and Bucky discovers the serum. He learns the Power Broker is secretly funding the Flag Smashers, but his cover is blown before Sharon Carter saves him. The Dora Milaje take Zemo and humiliate Walker when he intervenes. Zemo destroys the remaining serum before they take him, but Walker secretly takes a dose. Sam tries to talk down Karli Morgenthau, the Flag Smashers' leader, but Walker interrupts hot-headedly. When Walker's partner is killed, he loses control and brutally murders a Flag Smasher in revenge. Sam and Bucky take the shield from Walker, but before he's arrested, Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine recruits  him. Sam receives a new suit from the Dora Milaje and protects a global summit from the Flag Smashers' attack alongside Bucky, where they are surprisingly helped by Walker. The Flag Smashers are defeated, and Sam finally accepts the mantle of Captain America. The Power Broker is revealed to be Sharon Carter, who has been secretly selling the recreated Super-Soldier Serum on the black market. End credits: Sam meets with Bruce Banner and Helen Cho to discuss the Super-Soldier Serum. Helen exchanges glances with Bruce and explains Bruce is the most advanced mind on biological compounds and he failed to recreate it, so whoever did must be even more scientifically advanced than him.
