    Jordan was on the Orange Carpet for the WNBA’s 30th draft night, the first year in recent memory where there was no clear #1 draft pick.  Then, the Dallas Wings, on the clock with #1, picked Azzi Fudd, the “people’s princess.” The crowd at The Shed in NYC erupted with applause. And the UCLA Bruins had a historic night.  Dallas had back-to-back #1 picks in ‘25 and ‘26–Paige Bueckers and now Fudd.
