The Myles and Grant Experience

Grant Kelly and Myles Hay Hendry

The Myles and Grant Experience is a long form discussion between two long time friends. Often hilarious, the discussion also goes deep on mental health, how to survive in the modern world, keeping it simple, travel, living purposefully (the no B.S. approach) and the miracle of life. Often on point, and often totally off track. This is as honest and fulfilling as it gets... enjoy. The creators Myles and Grant are looking long term. Their aim is to build a community of listners, who are willing to be open and honest about mental health. Who are willing to ask their fellow man, if they are ok, when they notice a person is suffering. Grant and Myles are hoping that through their conversation about the tools, they use to deal with life´s ebb and flow and through infectious laughter, they will enspire others to openly communicate with people in their enviroment to share discussion, tools, ideas and honesty on how to help live a motivated and beautiful existance. There will be a way to support the podcast through a donation platform in the future to help with the running costs. Episode 167. Making It Happen.

Send us Fan Mail In this episode, Myles checks in from Menzies — a tiny remote town deep in the Western Australian desert — while Grant joins the conversation from Germany, fresh off officially becoming a dual citizen and navigating life with an exchange student staying in his home. With Anzac Day as the backdrop, the boys take a reflective moment to honour the soldiers who fought and fell for Australia’s freedom. They also touch on some of the growing negativity surrounding the day, exploring why that tension seems to be rising — but ultimately, the conversation stays grounded in gratitude, perspective, and the importance of living a meaningful life. Despite a few technical hurdles getting Myles connected, the episode comes together beautifully, delivering a relaxed and genuine chat filled with laughter, honesty, and plenty of appreciation for the little things. It’s a peaceful, uplifting listen — the kind that leaves you feeling grateful, energised, and ready for the week ahead. Enjoying the podcast?
