Time with Jackson is always a pleasure, interesting, comma, dynamic, and informative. I believe that he and I could sit and talk about many subjects for many hours. He's a fascinating individual with a tremendous desire to grow, learn and do. I'm well over twice his age and was like that when I was younger and have accomplished a lot while having been through hell and back doing it, but love to share and mentor and help guide if possible and reach out and help others either come together or individually if it is to be. It's always too soon to quit! Thanks Jackson, Jay.

There’s some podcast hosts who simply show up and wing it, but not Fletcher. Fletcher was well versed in my career and my leadership principles and book and it was clear even at the onset that he took the time to invest in understanding his guest in advance.
