He now aims to become the first and fastest man to run the entire length of Nepal in 10 days (January 2027). Rahul was born and raised in Hong Kong. He was brought up in a competitive sporting environment where he played both rugby and cricket professionally in Hong Kong. He experienced injuries along the way, which encouraged him to try another hobby … running! Rahul is now based in Melbourne, where he works full-time as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist while he trains for his next challenge in Nepal. He is also the founder of ebb&flo, a run club he hosts in Melbourne. Jeffrey was born in Hong Kong and experienced severe discrimination and language barriers in segregated local schools, which led him to join a triad gang as a teenager. He was steered away from a life of crime by a local social worker, inspiring him to dedicate his life to advocacy. Jeffrey currently serves as the Senior Manager and Social Worker at Christian Action’s Centre for Refugees in Chungking Mansions, providing essential services, meals and community support for refugees and asylum seekers. Jeffrey’s community work has earned him a spot on Tatler Asia’s list of Most Influential, as well as a TED Talk speaker.
