    Today’s episode of The Andrea Engstrom Show is very special to me. It features one of my wildest client success stories and I am so excited for you to hear it for yourself.     You Can Do Hard Things

We are talking about becoming the woman you were made to be, stepping into the plans God has for you, and not letting resistance lead you to quit but to press on. Brenda and I both share experiences where we hit a wall or someone told us no and how we responded with bold action and showed up with tenacity.     The Courage to Be Different

    In this week’s episode of The Andrea Engstrom Show, Brenda and I chat about the ways we’ve been able to free ourselves up to make more of our dreams come true. For me, it has meant being able to move my family to Colorado, to a little mountain town. For Brenda, it’s getting to spend the summer in Tuskegee, in the community she’s had the opportunity to invest her time and money into! In this episode, Brenda and I talk about how we got to this place of getting to live out our dreams, being willing to make the hard calls in our own lives, and how to invest your time and energy so that it will serve you better.     A Brave Pivot Business and Marriage - Feat. Rachel Engels

    This week on The Andrea Engstrom Show, my fabulous co-host Brenda and I had the opportunity to speak with Rachel Engels, an incredible marriage coach and licensed therapist. On today’s episode Rachel shares part of the story of how she eventually made the decision to build her business coaching others in their relationships.
