In this episode I talk about how I got here - and how everything can seem to be going well, but it feels like it is not. Note: if you feel like you are going through something difficult like depression and/or anxiety, or have a difficult time managing your mental health, please - and i cannot stress this enough - PLEASE seek professional help.
