    one of my favorite stories of all... this episode is full of the many God stories that made up our season of waiting for our little daughter, Monarch, to be conceived. I also chat through what I did to prepare my body for pregnancy -- mind, body, and spirit.  0-6 : life update 7-15 min : mental reset — let’s squash the lies & self reliance of culture that pregnancy is either up to you or it can’t happen for you  16-30 min : the timeline of actively waiting reverse dieting & intentionally gaining weightpraying, believing, surrendering preparing my body for pregnancy mind / body / spirit supplements, food, movement31-end : God stories, considering endometriosis & setting a surgery date (which i got to cancel🥹), and the Lord bringing fulfillment to his promise — conceiving our daughter monarch  Luke 1:45 : ""Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!"
