    The Wettest Spring in Recent Memory?

    The Cycling Clarified Podcast is what it says on the tin. Cycling made less confusing. Life inside the Peloton is often left to be experienced. I've enjoyed documenting my journey that has taken me to a variety of countries teaching me an abundance of lessons. In this episode of Cycling Clarified, inspired by the recent atrocious weather at the Giro D'Italia, I share my learnings on coping with the wettest spring in recent memory. The tips and tricks I use to manage my core temperature and keep performance in my riding. It is true that the wet and cold weather test you most as a rider. You often have to learn on the go, to ride no handed when you least expect it.
