My mental illnesses just had their eleventh birthday party and i wasn’t invited. Typical. My life has been…odd to say the least. Like most decisions i make, my therapist indirectly said this would be a good idea. I’ll explain how later. I’m not sure if things are better, worse, or if i’m just completely delusional but i’m trying to figure it out one conversation with the mirror at a time. You’re welcome to listen along whether you need help sleeping, a good laugh every now and again or maybe you’ve gone through something similar. I warn you though, i really never shut up.
