When Worship Becomes a Tool for Transformation

Can worship actually change the way you think? In Part 2 of Stacy Echeverria’s conversation with Christian music artist Krystal Craven, they explore the powerful connection between music, repetition, biblical truth, renewing the mind, and spiritual transformation. Krystal shares how her interest in the brain and neuroplasticity changed the way she approaches songwriting. Instead of creating music that simply expressesemotion, she intentionally brings raw feelings together with the truth of God’s Word—helping listeners move from what they feel toward what is true. You’ll also hear the powerful story behind Krystal’s song “God of Peace, Jehovah Shalom,” which came during one of the most frightening health seasons of her life. In a moment when she had more questions than answers, worship became anact of surrender and trust. Stacy and Krystal also discuss taking thoughts captive, replacing false beliefs with biblical truth, biblical affirmations versus “manifesting,” why what we repeatedly consume matters, and the importance of real relationships inChristian discipleship. If you’ve been struggling with fear, negative thought patterns, or the noise of the world, this episode will encourage you to consider what you’re repeatedly putting into your mind—and how worship and Scripture can help turn yourattention back toward Christ.   Connect with Krystal: Website: https://krystalcravenmusic.com YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCK2O2EwBIvmmzfWTpgcFW8w 👍 Like, Comment & Subscribe for more faith-based encouragement! 🔔 Turn on notifications to never miss an episode. 📌 Subscribe for more faith-filled conversations on healing, identity, and walking in God’s freedom. ✨Connect with Stacy! ✨ 📩 Email: info@trueyouministries.com 🌍 Website: www.trueyouministries.com 📅 Schedule a Free 20-Min Consultation: https://calendly.com/trueyouministries/20min 💬 Have questions or need guidance? Fear of Disappointing People? Here's What May Be Driving Your People-Pleasing

Do you say yes when you really want to say no—and then feel resentful, overwhelmed, or exhausted? For many Christian women, people-pleasing goes deeper than simply wanting to be kind. Underneath it can be a fear of disappointing others, creating conflict, being rejected, or no longer being liked. And when you finally begin setting healthy boundaries, guilt often follows. But guilt doesn’t always mean you’re doing something wrong. Sometimes it means you’re doing something different. In this episode, Stacy explores the deeper roots of people-pleasing, why boundaries can feel uncomfortable at first, and what Jesus teaches us about loving others without being controlled by their expectations. You’ll learn how to recognize whether your yes is coming from love or fear, separate discomfort from wrongdoing, and begin practicing healthier boundaries without losing your compassion for others. Jesus loved people deeply, but He wasn’t driven by their expectations. He was driven by purpose, not pressure. You're Not Lazy, You're Emotionally Exhausted

Do you feel tired all the time—even when you’re getting enough rest? Maybe small tasks suddenly feel overwhelming. Your motivation is gone. Your patience is shorter. And somewhere along the way, you’ve started wondering, “Why can’t I just get it together?” You may not be lazy. You may be emotionally exhausted. In this episode, we’re talking about the kind of exhaustion that doesn’t necessarily come from doing too much. Sometimes it comes from carrying too much—worry, grief, relationship tension, responsibility, expectations, anxiety, and burdens you’ve quietly held for months or even years. We’ll talk about:• How to recognize emotional exhaustion• Why a thousand small burdens can become so heavy• The difference between physical rest and emotional rest• Why burnout isn’t a spiritual achievement• How to identify burdens that may not actually be yours to carry• Three practical steps toward support, healing, and intentional rest• A better question to ask when you feel tempted to simply “try harder” Most importantly, I want you to consider this:What if your exhaustion isn’t a character flaw? What if it’s information? Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” this week, try asking:“What is my exhaustion trying to tell me?” 💬 I’d love to hear from you: What’s been emotionally exhausting for you lately?👍 Like, Comment & Subscribe for more faith-based encouragement! 🔔 Turn on notifications to never miss an episode. ✨ Connect with Stacy! ✨📩 Email: info@trueyouministries.com🌍 Website: https://www.trueyouministries.com📅 Schedule a Free 20-Min Consultation: https://calendly.com/trueyouministries/20min🛍️ Products I Love: https://www.trueyouministries.com/productsilove 💬 Have questions or need guidance? Why You Can't Stop Overthinking | The Hidden Fear Keeping Christian Women Stuck

Do you replay conversations, second-guess decisions, worry about the future, or find yourself mentally exhausted because your mind simply won't slow down? You may think overthinking is just part of your personality. But what if overthinking isn't actually the problem? What if it's revealing something deeper beneath the surface? In this episode of True You Ministries, we're uncovering the hidden root of overthinking and exploring why fear can cause us to analyze, replay conversations, imagine outcomes, and continually search for certainty. We'll also look at Matthew 6 and what Jesus teaches us about worry. Jesus doesn't dismiss our concerns or pretend difficult circumstances aren't real. Instead, He redirects our attention toward the faithfulness and provision of God. In this episode, you'll learn: The goal isn't simply to stop thinking. It's to understand what's driving your thinking so you can begin addressing the root. If you've been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in constant overthinking, I hope this episode helps you begin moving toward greater clarity, peace, healing, and freedom. 👍 Like, Comment & Subscribe for more faith-based encouragement! 🔔 Turn on notifications to never miss an episode. 📌 Subscribe for more faith-filled conversations on healing, identity, and walking in God’s freedom. ✨ Connect with Stacy! ✨ 📩 Email: info@trueyouministries.com 🌍 Website: www.trueyouministries.com 📅 Schedule a Free 20-Min Consultation: https://calendly.com/trueyouministries/20min 🛍️ Products I Love: https://www.trueyouministries.com/productsilove 💬 Have questions or need guidance?
