    a heartfelt conversation about mental health funks

    Hi angels, it's Mailys again - yes I did not disappear, and I'm back with a brand new episode! I'm opening up in this one, about what went down in my life during my little hiatus from July to September. To put it bluntly, I was in a mental health funk that just wouldn't budge. But here's the silver lining – I clawed my way out of it, and I'm here to spill the tea on how I did it. You see, sometimes life throws us curveballs, and it's easy to get stuck in a there. In this episode, I'll share my personal journey through those two challenging months. I'll give you the lowdown on how I managed to turn things around and get back on track, because I believe everyone deserves to find their way out of a funk.
