    64. Manifesting your people by putting yourself out there, releasing the outcome, and showing up as all of you.

Are you longing for more community and feel like it is really hard to find? Then this episode is for you. Over the years I have been really sitting with the question of how to meet likeminded people who will actually be supportive to your journey, and I share on it in this episode. Where I feel like a lot of people make mistakes on this topic is that they seek fulfilment and happiness outside themselves. This does not mean that we need to be alone for the rest of our lives, but in my opinion, get to become so good on our own that we don't need others to make us happy. Meeting aligned people becomes so much more effortless because you are not constantly focusing on the lack, but filling your time with things you already like because you care for yourself. In this episode, I share a three step method on how to manifest friendships (this works for relationships as well) and the steps are: 1. Get clear on what kind of relationships you want and let go of any expectations. Let it be "this or something better" 2. Take action by showing up as all of who you are. The right people will see you and appreciate you with all of your quirks. 3. Invest in the relationships. Once you meet someone, you gotta maintain the relationship. Notice if you get the same amount of effort back and be okay with relations fading away. The episode I was mentioning: Ep 63. Take ownership over yourself, instead of blaming others, and your relationships will change. I hope this episode can be a support for you and I would love to hear your thoughts! 🫶🏼 Let me know on my instagram. ✨ The rings and pendant I am wearing are from my adornment brand that is dropping it's first collection on 11/11 🌹 Subscribe to my substack The website will be up and running soon: www.sacredhearthadornment.com Until next time,Emma xx Podcast theme music by Transistor.fm. 63. Take ownership over yourself, instead of blaming others, and your relationships will change.

Hi beautiful soul and welcome to of the earth! Relationships are one of our biggest learning arenas and we can either live in our reactive nature, aka get mad and react to all the triggers that comes up, or we can take ownership over our own side of the street. My relationship has been the biggest blessing and challenge so far in my life and I have learned so much about who I am. Being in a union of two souls, whether it's a friendship, partnership, or family, is a magical way to process old wounds and hurt. A disclaimer: I am NOT saying to stay in relationships with people who are abusive, or harm you in any way. I am however saying that we are co creating life together with all the souls we meet. You have been a part in a dynamic, and once you get out of it and some time has passed, I invite you to look at how you showed up in the relationship and why you ended up there. It's not always easy to do the work of becoming radically honest with yourself, but that is the only way we are able to change AND create healthy, loving relationships that last. I hope you feel inspired to witness yourself in your triggers and transmute the gunk we hold onto from our past. I would love to hear what you think of the episode! 🫶🏼 Let me know on my instagram. ✨ The rings I am wearing are from my adornment brand that is dropping it's first collection on 11/11: https://www.instagram.com/sacredhearthadornment?stkn=Y2Z5NWtiODIzcTJi 🌹 Subscribe to my substack Podcast theme music by Transistor.fm. 57. How nature transformed my life & helped me connect back to my inner truth, creativity and the presence.

Hi you beautiful soul. This episode is about How my relationship to nature has changed through my life and how I have found a deeper connection with myself, the present moment, and my creativity, through being in nature. I talk about: The fact that I grew up with a very dualistic relationship to nature. Very active and masculine relationship with the Norwegian forrest, and the more slow and feminine relationship with the nature in Sweden. My ex really re-ignited my relationship with nature after being so disconnected from it while I was studying in New York. When we split up, I took it open myself to find my own relationship with mama Gaia and have been on that journey ever since. I also talk about the fact that I am going to study something called green health this fall. Which is all about how nature affects us humans in a positive way and how we can create both spaces and organise events for us to get the benefits from it. As well as to help nature become wild again. I am sooo excited about this. I believe that nature is here to guide us and I have gotten so much clarity by being in nature. I find that when we stop pushing and forcing our life to happen but instead head into nature, we can open up for more creativity, inspiration and as  well as filling your own cup. This opportunity I got to stay at a farm for a week was because I actively stepped towards my dreams.
