The Reddy family will be taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on Sunday 25th June. They've already started their training and they will document their journey towards this challenge on their 'Reddy to Ramble' podcast. Weʼre trying to raise £850 by taking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on Sunday 25th June to fund a Rock Kidz experience at Egerton Primary School so ALL children will get an inspirational day full of music, fun and motivation.     Jacob and Chris speak to Damian Hughes. Damian is an international speaker, author, professor at Manchester Metropolitan University and he runs an AMAZING podcast called High Performance, along with Jake Humphries. Damian and Jake have had the opportunity to welcome some REALLY interesting guests on to their podcast.     The Reddy family have made it to their third episode!!In this episode, they talk about their regular Parkrun participation and how this has helped them on their training journey. They talk about recent running efforts at the weekend - Jacob came close to dropping out and Seb managed one of his best Junior Parkrun runs to date. Chris and Lisa then discuss their next challenge. The join Cameron, one of the Rock Kidz, while he enjoys his holiday in Arnside. They ask him about Rock Kidz, what he enjoys about his work and the difference that Rock Kidz is making in schools across the country.We also have our first ever ‘Reddy to Ramble’ eviction.
