I have started this podcast to give a platform to talk about all things of becoming and being a new mom. I felt so overwhelmed by the amount of information that it made it hard to make decisions and be confident that I could make the best decision. There is societal pressures in America that put fear into parents and want to combat that here on those show and prove that research is only half the story and much more to share that no one talks about in this new chapter
