    Bad Trips vs Difficult Experiences

    With any psychedelic experience, difficult experiences are highly likely.  But the presence of a difficult experience does not equal a bad trip and Bharat and Jas feel it is important to distinguish the differences between the two.     Ode to the Cycle Breaker

    Managing Expectations on the Healing Journey

    Are you finding yourself frustrated on your healing journey because things are not going as you expected? This may be the episode for you to help put things into perspective and ease some of that frustration.     Having expectations for specific desired outcomes is common. Without these expectations, you may not be motivated to take any action. The problem is that when you get attached to these expectations, you overlook what is unfolding before you. Your mind gets fixated on the destination and you can't hear the whispers of your heart and soul.    Fact is, the journey you have embarked on is very individual, intuitive and requires surrendering to the mystery.   Jas and Bharat share a lot of stories to illustrate the most common expectations people get caught up in and reflect on them with their wisdom.
