Louie and Hannah are a happily married couple of 5 years. We have two beautiful children, and a cat. We are also both overweight. In this podcast we are going to discuss our weight loss journey. The over-arching goal is 100 lbs each.

    What a freakin nightmare. Louie has fallen off the track something fierce! Hannah was sick, but now is getting back on that horse.

    Week 18. Sick Kids, Frozen Hot Chocolate, Henry Can't Sleep

    We had to take a week off because of our sick children. We're so close to some milestones. Sub-250 for Louie and Sub-215 for Hannah are right there, we just have to grab it. Henry couldn't sleep so the episode was cut short.

    Hannah is down 20 lbs! Hooray to her. Louie is back in the gym. He's hoping to get to 250 for next weigh in.

    How do you plan your dates? Are they always centered around food? Louie struggles to find the answers to these questions. Louie decided to start running again, but new running hurts. Hannah pulled a Louie and weighed in prematurely and is sorely disappointed by a slight weight gain.

    Louie is hiding food again. tsk tsk tsk. Stress and mental health are taking a toll right now. Hannah is also uncontrollably snacking, but she's been a champ with her workouts!
