    Communication is Key Pt2

If we can learn how to identify different communication styles as well as learn how to effectively communicate with those styles then we can help ourselves propel in that particular part of life. We communicate every single day, so if we can make that easier it, life gets easier. Communication is a Major Key

Have you ever had something you wanted to say to a friend, family member or partner but didn't quite know how to say it without hurting the others feelings or making them feel bad? Effective communication is essential to living a happy life in my opinion. If we cannot effectively communicate to each other what we want, we will go around life being frustrated and angry. Nobody wants that. This is the first episode of a small series on communication so that we can all learn how, when, why and what we want to say when it counts the most. I am nowhere near perfect in my communication but I try to get a little bit better everyday. #communicationiskey How to Have CONFIDENCE and Power in Dealing with People - Les Giblin THE ACADEMY OF UNDERDAWGS PODCAST IS A PLACE WHERE WE ARE BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DO BETTER AND BE BETTER IN THIS GAME WE CALL LIFE. Zaria is a young lady who has lived all over the country and is currently residing in Steamboat Springs. She got into the sport of golf back in high school and did so well at the sport she was offered and accepted a scholarship to Geneva College for golf. We really dig into her struggles in college, how she handled them and the consequences of the actions she took. As we all know, life isn’t always easy. In fact, it can be a lot harder than it is easy and not everyone handles situations the same. Walk it Out

Being an Underdawg is more than just the struggle. Being an Underdawg is doing things others don't. Pushing yourself to limits and surpassing them. Chris is one of those people who likes to push themselves to the limit by walking incredible distances. Not just a hike in the woods, but a hike through forests and mountains. Through ravines and mountain passes, rivers and streams. Over logs and windblown down woodlands. Chris embodies an Underdawg who strives to do things most people could never imagine. Please enjoy my talk with my friend Chris Anderson. #hikertrash #eagleeye #bigagnes #PCT #PacificCrestTrail Chris's YouTube channel: @winslowwalks Chris's Instagram" @winslowwalks THE ACADEMY OF UNDERDAWGS PODCAST IS A PLACE WHERE WE ARE BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DO BETTER AND BE BETTER IN THIS GAME WE CALL LIFE. Being a Rockstar

On today's episode I had a zoom call with a good friend of mine, Trent Coots. Trent is another artist of sorts with some of his work being sold in studios in Chattanooga Tennessee. He drives a big semi truck around Chattanooga delivering beer for a distributor and is recently engaged to his fiancé Cara. I have known Trent for just under a decade so it was a really fun chat. We dive into some of the things Trent has gone through getting his work into studios and finding out what he really wants out of life. What his Key beliefs are and why they are important to him, having imposter syndrome and having a purpose in life. HE'S AN ARTIST OF SORTS

This week I sat down with my good friend Jackson Brown. Jackson likes to express himself through making music, drawing abstract art and cooking up fire dishes at restaurants around Steamboat Springs. We have an awesome and funny conversation about his life thus far in Steamboat. Part 2 is coming soon. Sometimes Siblings Are the Closest People In Our Lives, Yet Seem the Furthest Away

In this episode I have a chat with my very own sister, Logan McCann. Logan has been my sister for 33 years of my life, as I am 3 years older than her and I’ve always felt like she has a more “adult” life than me. She is the mother of my 2 beautiful nieces, Wren and Theo. She is also the wife to my brother in law Sean. She owns her own business as a Doula, supporting pregnant women during and after their pregnancies. This episode was really important to me and I most likely will have some tears. We talk about her side of the story growing up with me as her older brother and her viewpoints on life. Please enjoy my chat with my sister, Logan McCann.  Logan's Instagram: @looganemm Logan the Doula Instagram: @lo.the.doula THE ACADEMY OF UNDERDAWGS PODCAST IS A PLACE WHERE WE ARE BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DO BETTER AND BE BETTER IN THIS GAME WE CALL LIFE.
