    Happiness is a Choice

Happiness is a choice. In this episode, you'll be hearing about my personal experiences with sadness and how I've shifted my mindset to choose happiness instead. We talk about getting out of the victim mentality and rewiring negative thought patterns with positive alternatives. If you've been chasing happiness, this episode is for you. We touch on the importance of seeking out happiness, reaching out to people, and creating positive narratives. I also encourage being delusional towards the positive and not worrying about what others think. This episode is your reminder to be your own hero (be your own knight-in-shining-armor) and CHOOSE YOUR HARD, both of which will ultimately lead to a more fulfilling and aligned life.   Takeaways: Happiness is a choice and it takes work to cultivate it Choosing your hard  Getting out of a victim mindset Being your own hero Creating positive experiences for yourself Rewiring negative thought patterns Seeking out happiness and reaching out to people  Being delusional towards the positive How to stop worrying about what others think Sound Bites "Just like the rewiring of your thought patterns into more positive ones, you can also do that with your life. You can rewire these negative experiences into more positive ones." "This totally reminds me of the Inside Out movie. Memories are not supposed to be just happy or just sad. A lot of times, there's interchangable expertiences, and you can take something and interject a little bit of happiness into it, or sorrow, or humor, or whatever the emotion is. You don't have to make all of your memories sad because you can go out there and choose a different narrative for yourself." "Choosing your own happiness is real. Taking your care of yourself is hard." If you're enjoying the show, consider leaving a review - it would mean the absolute world to me. Sitting in Silence with Your Truth

Sometimes the best thing you can say or do is nothing at all. In this episode, we dive into this concept and discuss the power of sitting in silence with your truth. Learn through this episode that the truth always comes out, and that sometimes it's best to not feel the need to explain yourself or convince others of your perspective. I believe in karma and the importance of knowing and approving of yourself first, and prioritizing the way you view yourself over how others view you. In this episode we talk about the damage of over-explaining and trying to change people who are not receptive to your opinions. Instead, I encourage choosing peace, being introspective, and recognizing when it's not worth wasting your energy on certain relationships.    Takeaways: The truth always comes out, so it's not necessary to constantly explain yourself or defend your position. Sitting in silence with your truth can be powerful and beneficial. Knowing and approving of yourself is more important than seeking validation from others. Not everyone is receptive to your opinions, and it's not worth wasting your energy on those who won't listen. Choosing peace and being introspective can lead to a more fulfilling and peaceful life. "The truth always comes out." "Knowing the answer, but being quiet about it anyways is the best thing you can do." "Sometimes the best thing you can do is sit back and watch. That is so powerful." "Patience is often bitter, but its fruit is sweeter." If you're enjoying the show, consider leaving a review - it would mean the absolute world to me.
