FrizzLit Podcast

i've admired frizzelle's work for a long time and this new podcast neatly encapsulates what i love. he's unpretentious. his take on literature (and tv and meat sticks) seems to be that while it's not always great, there's always something interesting to think about. brilliant storyteller. jake is a great foil, too, asking the questions i'd ask as someone not as well read. they work well together to convey all the earnestness and sincerity i've come to expect from frizzelle, with zero of the stuffy, take-it-all-too-seriously stuff we've all come to associate with literature. whether you've read the books they're discussing or not, it's a fun and engaging listen.

Great discussion of the thrills of great literature, makes me remember all over again why I love certain books. The goofball hosts are friendly and clever. And I love the theme music!
