Yes, intercession is powerful. There is beauty in being prayed for, in having people stand in the gap for you, and in knowing you are covered in prayer. We talk about the power of intercession, but also the importance of opening your own mouth and calling on Yeshua. Because while it is powerful when others pray for you, there is breakthrough, intimacy, and peace that comes when you step into prayer yourself. I also share a personal testimony of how prayer protected me in a moment where the enemy tried to silence me—and how being led to pray changed everything. Many believers turn to prayer only in moments of crisis, but Scripture calls us to something deeper—a lifestyle of continual communion with God. Through passages like 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18, Mark 1:21, and Romans 10:13, we explore how prayer is not just a spiritual habit but the will of God for our lives. I also dive into the parable of the persistent widow in Luke 18, where Yeshua teaches that we should always pray and never lose heart. This episode also reflects on the significance of calling on the name Yeshua, the Hebrew name of Jesus, which means “salvation.” His name carries His mission and authority, reminding us that when we call on Him, we are calling on the Savior who hears, delivers, and responds. Together, we reflect on an important question: What if the delay in our breakthrough is not God’s silence, but inconsistency in our prayer life? As I enter 27, I’m reflecting on a powerful truth: calling and purpose do not have an age limit. Society puts pressure on timelines but God works on divine timing. In this episode, we look at the lives of Abraham, Joseph, David, Moses, and even Jesus Christ (Yeshua) — all called at different ages, all used powerfully by the same God. From Abraham waiting decades for a promise, to Joseph enduring process before promotion, to David’s journey between anointing and throne, to Moses being called at 80, to Jesus beginning His ministry at 30, their timelines prove one thing: God is not limited by age.
