In this episode, I talk about how consistent mini actions get you closer to where you desire to be. You'll gain some inspiration and action won't seem as scary as your mind is making it out to be. I often talk with and walk alongside my clients who find themselves stuck or stagnant and aren't sure why.     Finding Encouragement in the Good Things

    Often times, we can only see and think about what isn't going well in life or what's happening to us. It's important that we give ourselves perspective and a balanced view of life. Tune in to this latest episode of the Hey Huunnii Podcast as I share about the space of overwhelm and how I work to overcome it. I recorded this episode after feeling sorta strange and not connected to myself. Inability to focus is something that I find frustrating and overwhelming - so I invited God into the overwhelm and this episode is the fruit of that.
