[From the Archives] New Beginnings: How to Let Go of the Past and Embrace God's Grace

A prayer for your new beginning 🤍 Sometimes we desperately want a fresh start. We want to forget the past, stop making the same mistakes, and finally become the woman we know God is calling us to be. But what if your new beginning starts with something simpler? Letting go. So today, I want to pray this over you: A Prayer for a New Beginning Dear Jesus, Thank You for the gift of a new beginning. Help me to release the parts of my past that I am still carrying. Help me to forgive myself for the mistakes I have made, the ways I have fallen short, and the times I have allowed fear, doubt, or the need for control to keep me from saying yes to You. Help me to look at my past with gratitude instead of shame. Remind me that You can write a new story with my life. Help me to be fully present in this moment, trusting that You are here with me and that nothing is too big for You to heal, transform, or redeem. Give me the courage to become the woman You are calling me to be. Help me to let go of who I was, embrace who I am becoming, and trust You with everything that lies ahead. Make me willing to participate in the miracles You want to work through my life. Give me the grace to be intentional. Give me the courage to be brave. Give me the faith to say yes. And when I am tempted to believe that I cannot change, remind me that with You, nothing is impossible. I trust You with my past. I trust You with my present. And I trust You with my future. Amen. My love, God can write a new story, even when you don’t feel like He can. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to let Him lead. [From the Archives] Leaping in Faith: Embracing the Discomfort of Change

Have you ever felt God nudging you toward something new… …but instead of feeling peaceful and confident, you feel shaky? You question yourself. You wonder if you’re ready. But what if that discomfort doesn’t mean you’re making the wrong decision? In this week’s archive episode of The Catholic Life Coach Podcast, we’re talking all about making decisions when you don’t feel 100% certain. Here are 3 things I want you to take away: * Feeling afraid doesn’t automatically mean “don’t do it.” * Trust comes before the leap. * Growth often happens in the uncomfortable places. If you feel called to something but your brain is giving you every reason not to do it, pause. And then… take the next step. I share more about this in this week’s episode, including some of the scary decisions I’ve made in my own life and how God has met me on the other side of those leaps. Listen to the episode now! And if you’re feeling that same nudge in your business right now… Maybe you know there’s more you’re being called to do, but you’re stuck in fear, doubt, perfectionism, or wondering whether you’re really ready. That’s exactly why I created the Catholic Business Breakthrough Course: https://www.karlafitz.com/the-catholic-business-breakthrough-course You don’t have to figure it all out alone. We’ll work through the thoughts and beliefs that are keeping you stuck so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and trust in God’s plan for your business. You can learn more about the Catholic Business Breakthrough Course here: https://www.karlafitz.com/the-catholic-business-breakthrough-course You might feel shaky. You might not have all the answers. [From the Archives] Stop Waiting to Feel "Ready"

What if you’re already ready? Hi my love, Can I lovingly call you out for a second? How many dreams have you put on hold because you keep telling yourself... “I’m just not ready yet.” Maybe it’s starting the business. Booking the trip. Working with a coach. Or finally saying yes to the invitation God keeps placing on your heart. In this week’s archive podcast, we’re talking about one of the biggest lies our brains love to tell us: “I’ll do it when I feel ready.” But here’s the truth... You don’t become ready. You decide you’re ready. We dive into why perfectionism keeps us stuck, why waiting for confidence only delays the life God is calling you to, and how one simple decision can begin to change everything. If you’ve been standing on the edge of something beautiful but can’t seem to take the first step, I think this episode is exactly what you need today. 🎧 Listen to the episode now. And if you’ve been feeling that gentle tug toward something more... Maybe that’s not an accident. The Radiant Soul Retreat was created for women who are ready to stop waiting and start saying yes to God’s invitation. Together, we’ll slow down, pray, receive coaching, walk in the footsteps of Saints Francis and Clare in Assisi, and create space to hear where God is leading you next. If your heart keeps whispering, “Maybe this is for me,” don’t ignore it. Perhaps you’re more ready than you think. Learn more about the Radiant Soul Retreat here. I’m praying for you. [From the Archives] The Unexpected Prayer That Changed My Life in Assisi

Hi my love, As I prepare for this year’s Radiant Soul Retreat in Assisi, I wanted to reshare one of my favorite conversations from the archives. https://www.karlafitz.com/retreat This episode takes me back to a moment that forever changed my heart. I was kneeling before the tomb of Blessed Carlo Acutis in Assisi. I hadn’t expected to cry, but in that quiet place, something shifted. As I surrendered my plans, my fears, and my striving to Jesus, I experienced a peace I hadn’t known before. In this episode, I’m joined by my dear friend Gwen, who has made Assisi her home. She shares the beauty of living in this holy place, the inspiring life of Blessed Carlo Acutis, and how surrender opens the door to a deeper relationship with God. Carlo lived only 15 years, yet his life continues to inspire millions because of his wholehearted love for Jesus. “To always be close to Jesus, that’s my life plan.” — Blessed Carlo Acutis This episode is especially for you if... * You’re longing for a deeper relationship with God. * Your heart feels weary, and you’re searching for peace. * You want to trust God more fully in this season of your life. * You desire to grow in faith through the example of the saints. * You’re longing to slow down and hear God’s voice more clearly. As you listen, take a moment to pray with this question: What is God inviting me to surrender so I can rest more fully in Him? Know that you are deeply loved by God. Karla, the Catholic Life Coach P.S. If your heart has been drawn to Assisi, I’d love to invite you to join us at this year’s Radiant Soul Retreat. There are spaces available for Catholic women who are longing to deepen their faith, find renewed peace, and encounter God in this beautiful place where so many saints walked before us. ❤️Apply here: https://www.karlafitz.com/contact-8-1 This is a public episode. [From the Archives] Don't Judge the Dream God Gave You!

My love, Have you ever had a dream in your heart and immediately started questioning it? Maybe it feels too big.Maybe it feels unrealistic.Maybe you wonder what other people will think. I have been there. In this episode of The Catholic Life Coach Podcast, I’m sharing something that has been coming up again and again, both with my clients and in my own life. One of the greatest gifts of coaching is that I get to walk alongside women through seasons I have personally experienced. I know what it feels like to have a dream that feels bigger than you. I know what it feels like to wonder, “Who am I to do this?” But I also know this: The dreams God places in our hearts are not accidents. They are invitations. We talk about: * Why we shouldn’t compare our dreams to someone else’s calling * How God uses our desires to grow us closer to Him * Why your dream doesn’t have to look “holy enough” to be meaningful * What it means to co-create your life with God instead of living according to expectations My prayer is that this episode reminds you that your life does not need to look like anyone else’s. I hope you enjoy this episode, my love. And I would love to hear from you. What dream has God placed on your heart? With love,Karla, the Catholic Life Coach P.S. My love, if you feel God stirring something deeper in your heart, I want to invite you to join me for The Radiant Soul Retreat in Assisi, Italy this November. A sacred week for Catholic women entrepreneurs to rest, reconnect with God, and step into the next season of what He is calling you toward. [From the Archives] What if Your Dreams are From God?

Hi my love, I was listening back to one of my older podcast episodes recently, and it felt like I needed the reminder all over again. Have you ever caught yourself thinking... “Maybe this dream is too much.” “Maybe I’m asking for too much.” “Maybe God is calling someone else, not me.” I think so many of us have been there. Sometimes we spend so much time looking at our own limitations that we forget to look at God’s possibilities. What if the dream on your heart isn’t there by accident? What if God is inviting you to trust Him with something bigger than you can currently see? In this week’s throwback episode, I’m sharing a reflection that encouraged me to dream again… not by striving harder or figuring everything out, but by taking one faithful step at a time with God. If you’ve been feeling stuck, discouraged, or like you’ve been playing small, I think this episode might be exactly the encouragement you need today. I’d love to know what speaks to your heart after you listen.
