    In this episode of Flawed But Worthy, Emily talks about the importance of rest and how to manage stress levels. As someone who has struggled with managing stress, God has helped her figure out ways to decrease stress levels and what to do during stressful times. She goes through a story of when she has been so stressed, she because physically ill. That was the breaking point for her and she knew she needed help from God to conquer it. Listen along as she goes through ways God has helped her alleviate her stress. Emily hopes she can help you before the stress gets to you like it did to her.
