Ep. 13: Settling into new school year and finding community.

This episode I talk about how I’ve been struggling with my new schedule and getting a new routine as well as finding community on campus and some things I’ve noticed.

  2. 09/27/2023

Ep. 12: Resetting and regulating emotions.

This optic is another from my Q&A on instagram. I’m sharing what I’ve done recently to reset myself and regulate big emotions when things aren’t going my way and outside stressors take over.

  3. 09/20/2023

Ep. 11: Feeling grateful, postgrad!, and moving on from friends.

Today I give a quick update on where I’m at. I take a moment to just be grateful for where I’m at and not dwell on what I’m lacking. I then talk about my postgrad plans and ideas. Then to end the episode I answered a question from one of you! I put up a poll on my instagram asking what I should talk about and answered one of your responses. Should I do that more?

    New Apartment! + Postgrad plans?

This episode is mostly just a quick update since I’ve just been focused on moving this past week. Really exciting this, but you know me—always focused on logistics. :)

    Things to look forward to

This week I talk about having things to look forward to and how important that is. I also talk about what I want my future/career to look like. How I’m pulled between doing something “practical” vs doing something in the arts.

  6. 08/30/2023

Everything always works out - A revelation.

This episode (8 not 7 as I mistakenly said in the beginning lol) I talk about a revelation I’ve had this past week. I talk about the power of manifestation and prayer and the first time I’ve really seen it come into fruition.

  7. 08/23/2023

    Put it in God’s hands.

I took a little bit of a hiatus to reset and I feel soooo good. My mini vacay made me realize that I can only do so much myself and I can’t control everything. I also realized that God is my life partner and wants me to lean on him for everything and I’ve definitely been leaning in more.

  8. 08/16/2023

    The art of being alone.

This episode I talking about my personal struggles with navigating life alone and what I do to kinda help me through it.
