    In this podcast episode we talk to Iona Bateman. Iona shares her experiences with an incorrect diagnosis in Russia where she was told that she only had a few months to live to receiving a formal diagnosis of Chronic Scapholunate Dissociation in the UK. She shares her experiences with reasonable adjustments both at work and home, the perception of disability and the impact of intersectionality.     In this podcast episode we talk to Tracy Smith. Tracy is the founder of Inclusive Approaches that provides disability mentoring, consultancy and training. Tracy has been a reverse mentor for several years as part of the Disability Connect Mentoring Scheme and has autism. In this episode Tracy shares her experiences with work and reasonable adjustments. She shares her unique and insightful journey of being diagnosed with autism and "coming out" to her friends, family and colleagues following diagnosis. Disability is unique to everyone and Tracy shares her personal experiences but doesn't speak on behalf of the whole disability community and everyone experiences disability differently.     Sharing My Disability Story: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) with Harry Waterman

    Harry Waterman previously worked for Direct Entry Solutions as a Customer Service Administrator and for the last five years has worked for Deutsche Post in a number of customer facing roles and is currently a Customer Solutions Manager. Harry has a formal diagnosis of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) which is a neurodiverse condition that affects people's behaviour. In this episode Harry shares his unique and insightful experiences with ADHD from diagnosis to current day. He shares how ADHD impacts his day-to-day life and what skills he has developed due to his disability. He reflects on the negative perception of ADHD in society and challenges misconceptions.
