I have struggled with anxiety, specifically intrusive thoughts and mild paranoia over the past few years. That has drastically changed since leaving my marriage 6 months ago.     9. Vedic vs Western Astrology

    This episode is SO juicy! I loved recording this with my good friend, Rose Holbrook. She is a Yoga Therapist, Vedic Astrologer, Ayurvedic Enthusiast, and Podcaster. She is so versed on many things eastern medicine and especially Vedic astrology, which is an eastern view of this science. We go deeper into what Vedic astrology is, the difference between this perspective and the Western Astrology view, and some great next steps to start learning more about it.
