    71. You Are Not Meant to Bloom All Year Round

You Are Not Meant to Bloom All Year Round As September arrives, the shift into autumn can bring a surprising mix of emotions. There may be a desire to declutter, organise, finish things and prepare for winter, alongside a renewed sense of excitement, energy and possibility. In this episode, Claudia explores what the changing seasons can teach us about growth, rest and the pressure we place on ourselves to keep going. Autumn is not simply the end of summer. It can be a time for releasing what is weighing us down, making space and preparing for what comes next. Using the natural rhythm of the seasons as a guide, Claudia explores how winter supports rest and reflection, spring brings new ideas and possibilities, summer invites action and visibility, and autumn encourages completion, review and release. Because flowers do not bloom all year long. And neither are we meant to. In This Episode, We Explore Why September can bring a renewed sense of energy and possibilityHow releasing things that have been weighing us down can create spaceWhat the seasons can teach us about rest, reflection, growth and actionWhy lower energy does not mean we are failingHow to notice what our current season may be asking of usA Question to Reflect On What season are you in right now? What might you need to release, complete, rest from, prepare for or make space for? And what possibilities are beginning to emerge? Explore Cyclical Living If this episode has made you curious about your own natural rhythms, you can also listen to my earlier episode on Cyclical Wisdom (episode 34), where I explore the menstrual, lunar and seasonal cycles in more detail. You can also join my free Unlock Your Energy workshop, which includes a printable guide to help you understand the different cycles and begin working with your energy rather than punishing yourself for not feeling the same every day. If you would like to explore cyclical living further in your own time, the Cyclical Wisdom Vault includes an implementation guide, menstrual and lunar cycle trackers, guided meditations, affirmations and journal prompts. It is available for £22.22, with lifetime access. 70. Stop Panic Picking Your Next Job

Stop Panic Picking Your Next Job What do you do when you know your current job isn't working for you, but you don't know what you want to do next? Maybe you love the work but not the workplace culture. Maybe the workload, management or lack of flexibility is taking its toll. Or perhaps you've applied for job after job and the rejection emails are starting to make you question yourself. In this episode, I'm sharing a different way to approach your next career move: stop panic picking and get curious instead. I share the dating analogy that helped me think about this differently and explore why, rather than starting with a specific job title, it can be more useful to get clear about your skills, what you enjoy, what you need from an employer, how you want to feel at work, your non negotiables and the values that matter to you. We also talk about why knowing what you don't want can be just as useful, how transferable skills can open up possibilities you hadn't considered, and why rejection from one particular job isn't a rejection of your worth or ability. You don't need to know exactly what job you're looking for before you start exploring what's possible. And you don't need to quit tomorrow either. Questions to consider What am I good at? What do I actually enjoy doing? What do I want from an employer? What are my non negotiables? How do I want to feel at work? What don't I want anymore? What matters to me? Don't panic pick. Get curious instead. Work with me If you'd like support to explore your options, brainstorm possibilities or simply have someone as a sounding board, you can book a free 30 minute discovery call with me. I also have a limited number of spaces available for coaching sessions recorded for the podcast. You'll find the details here Claudia Sabina Wellness Less guilt. Less pressure. Truly you. 69. Scared of Making the Wrong Decision

Are you scared of making the wrong decision? Maybe you overthink every choice, worry about regret, or feel stuck because you don't know which option is right. In this episode, I explore fear of making decisions, overthinking and indecision, and why trusting yourself can be more helpful than trying to find the perfect answer. We look at how fear, perfectionism and the need for certainty can influence your decisions, and why remembering that you can adapt, change direction and handle whatever happens next can make decision making feel much less daunting. I also share a personal decision I made recently when I chose not to force myself to record podcast episodes during the summer holidays. Because sometimes, making a decision isn't about knowing exactly what will happen. It's about trusting yourself to handle the outcome. Reflection question: What would you choose if you trusted yourself implicitly? 68. I Don’t Feel Like Myself Anymore

Finding yourself after life changes. Have you ever looked at your life and wondered, "I just don't feel like myself anymore"? Whether you've experienced a health diagnosis, become a parent, changed careers, lost a relationship, experienced burnout or simply found yourself wanting something different from life, it can feel as though you've lost a part of who you are. In this episode, I explore why those feelings are so common and why they often have less to do with losing yourself and more to do with the roles and labels you've attached to your identity. Sharing my own experience of leaving intensive care nursing due to ill health, I reflect on the grief of letting go of a career that had become part of my identity and the realisation that what I truly missed wasn't the job title itself, but how that role made me feel. Together we'll explore how to look beneath the labels, identify what genuinely makes you feel like you, and discover new ways to reconnect with those feelings, even when life looks very different from how it once did. If you've ever questioned who you are after a major life change, this episode is a gentle reminder that you haven't lost yourself. You may simply be discovering a deeper version of who you've always been. In This Episode We Explore Why it's so common to feel like you've lost yourself after a major life change. How our identity can become tied to careers, relationships and other life roles. Why grief isn't limited to bereavement and can accompany any significant transition. The difference between the labels we wear and the feelings that truly define us.How to identify what makes you feel most like yourself.Practical ways to recreate those feelings when circumstances change. Why you're more than your job title, diagnosis, relationship status or responsibilities.Reflection Questions As you finish listening, take a few moments to reflect: What roles or labels have become part of your identity? What do those roles actually give you emotionally? What makes you feel most like yourself? Is there another way you could experience those feelings in your life today?Who are you beneath all the labels?Resources & Links If this episode resonated with you, I'd love to hear your thoughts. 67. Why Does Everyone Else Seem to Have It Figured Out... Except Me?

Have you ever looked around and wondered why everyone else seems to know exactly where they're going while you're still trying to work it all out? Whether it's your career, relationships, business or simply life itself, it's easy to believe everyone else has a perfect plan. But what if having everything figured out isn't actually the goal? In this episode, Claudia explores why we put so much pressure on ourselves to have all the answers and how that pressure can stop us from embracing opportunities we never expected. Sharing stories from her travels around Australia and her own career journey, she reflects on the power of having a clear direction without needing every step mapped out. Through gentle coaching questions and personal insights, you'll be invited to redefine what success means to you, let go of comparison and discover how flexibility can create space for growth, possibility and unexpected adventures. In this episode, we explore: Why we feel pressured to have life all figured outThe difference between having a destination and having every detail plannedWhat travelling around Australia taught me about embracing uncertaintyWhy certainty isn't always the same as safetyHow comparing yourself to others keeps you feeling behindWhy your goals and definition of success are allowed to change over timeThe opportunities that come from staying open to possibilityLearning to enjoy the journey instead of only focusing on the destinationA question to reflect on What does "having it all figured out" really mean to you... and what might become possible if you loosened the reins just a little? 66. I Know What I Need to Do... So What's Getting in the Way?

Ever found yourself thinking, "I know what I need to do... so why am I not doing it?" Whether it's getting to bed earlier, spending less time scrolling, exercising more, eating differently or finally taking the first step towards something you've been putting off, knowing what to do and actually doing it are often two very different things. In this episode, Claudia explores why change can feel so difficult, what often sits beneath procrastination and perfectionism, and why the real barrier usually isn't a lack of knowledge. In this episode, we explore:  Why knowing what to do isn't always enough  The gap between knowledge and action  How habits are designed to keep us comfortable  Why perfectionism can stop us before we even begin  The assumptions we make about change  Building sustainable habits through small, realistic steps  Why progress matters more than perfection  Celebrating non scale wins and redefining success  Learning to enjoy the process rather than chasing the outcome A question to reflect on: What's one thing you already know you want to do... and what's really getting in the way?
