    When Peace Feels Boring

In this episode, we're exploring something I never expected to feel after leaving my business: a sense of numbness when it came to setting goals. For years, so much of my identity was wrapped up in building, striving and chasing the next milestone. Then, almost overnight, I found myself in a place that felt calmer, safer and... strangely unfamiliar. We talk about why that can happen after a big life change, how our nervous systems can become so used to operating in survival mode that peace feels boring, and why the absence of chaos doesn't mean the absence of purpose. I also share why it reminded me of coming out of a toxic relationship. When you've spent so long navigating uncertainty, pressure or constant emotional highs and lows, stability can feel almost unsettling at first. But that doesn't mean something's missing. It might just mean you're finally safe. If you've ever found yourself questioning your motivation after a major life change, wondering why you don't feel the need to constantly strive anymore or worrying that contentment means you've become complacent, this episode is for you. Because maybe you're not lacking ambition. Maybe you're just learning what it feels like to live without constantly having to survive. Most Of Life Is Made Up Of Tuesdays

What if we're spending too much of our lives waiting? Waiting for the holiday, the promotion, the weekend, the house move, the next milestone... all while overlooking the life that's happening right in front of us. In this episode, we're talking about why most of our lives are made up of ordinary days, and why learning to appreciate them might be one of the biggest shifts we can make. We explore how social media has made life feel more performative, why we're conditioned to chase the next big thing, and how easy it is to fall into the trap of believing happiness is always just around the corner. We also reflect on what happens when we slow down enough to notice the small moments that make up our everyday lives. The morning coffee, the walk with the dog, the conversations around the dinner table, the quiet moments that rarely make it onto Instagram but are often the moments we'll remember most. Because if we only allow ourselves to feel fulfilled on the big occasions, we'll spend most of our lives waiting for them. Maybe the goal isn't to have more extraordinary moments. Maybe it's to become better at noticing the ordinary ones. I am always so happy to hear from you with any feedback or requests for future episodes. Getting Out Of Your Head

In this episode, we're exploring what happens when we spend so much time in our heads that we lose touch with what's happening in our bodies and in turn ourselves.  It's easy to live on autopilot, constantly thinking, planning and analysing, without ever stopping to check in with ourselves. But the more disconnected we become from our bodies, the harder it can be to understand what we actually need. We explore the importance of rebuilding the mind-body connection and why taking just a few moments to pause can completely change how you respond to your day. We also chat through some simple ways to reconnect with your body, including breathwork, body scans and grounding exercises using your senses. Not as another task to tick off, but as practical tools to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and become more aware of how you're really feeling. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, caught up in your thoughts or like you're constantly running on autopilot, this episode is an invitation to step out of your head, reconnect with your body and start responding to what you need, rather than just pushing through. I am always so happy to hear from you with any feedback or requests for future episodes.
