    Social Media

Social media and phone usage can make us feel connected in some ways, and lonely in others. It can make us feel inspired, but also unmotivated. It has the potential to improve our life and let us do things with ease but can also become a distraction from our real life. How do you manage to use it to your advantage without letting it get in your way (and in your head)? I’m no expert on this topic but Im continuously and consciously trying to find a happy healthy balance and hope I can help you a bit too. I made it as short n sweet as I could for a topic so big. Here are some reminders to keep in mind when scrolling and some tips and tools that have helped me be more intentional with my smartphone journey 333 LOVE YOU GUYS, KISSES!!!
