    Self care and love is so important! Make time to play today, make time to relax today. Drink coffee out of your favorite mug! Get fancy and have your beverage in a wine class, even if it’s just water! You deserve it! Self love and care is so important. Being aligned is what it’s all about.     When you can’t show up as the best version of yourself, turn inward and focus on you. I was feeling a little burnt out in life, so I took a 2 day break to play and do some much needed self care.     Keeping You Hydrated!

    I realize I’m always saying “Stay hydrated!” And I leave it off there. With the health issues I face, I make specialty home made waters everyday! Why not pass on these delicious drink recipes!Today I’m sipping on watermelon cucumber! Slice four vertical slices of juicy watermelon, add 3 cucumbers, topped with 5 ice cubes, and ice cold water. Drink and enjoy! I recommend changing out your watermelon every 3rd cup! Cheers all, and ENJOY!! Happy Monday!
