RSSVERIFY Biblical messages by Cicily Sunny, New York, USA. Jesus said to the disciples, ”Go into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature,” (Mark 16:15).  Without motivation from the heart no one can do this great job.  Only after having an encounter with Jesus in 1995 I got the desire to know God more through the Bible and through the writings and messages of other people who have experienced God.  I got the motivation to share with others about my experience, the wonders God has done in the lives of people as narrated in the Bible,  the hope of eternal bliss with God, the hard fight we have to do with the devil in this world to obtain that eternal heaven, the need to be thorough with the message of God in the Bible, to establish a relationship with God, to prioritize God in our lives, and to spend time in matters regarding God.  Just being a Christian does not mean that all these things happen automatically.  We have to caution ourselves every minute of our life against our enemy, who is constantly busy in polluting the minds of people until our heart is fully with him and escape will seem very minimum.  “Be sober and vigilant.  Your opponent the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” (1st Peter 5:8).  The Holy Spirit is in our midst for those who seek Him.  Jesus said, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be open to you” (Matthew 7:7).  When I seriously asked God for help, He talked to me right away.  “Behold, I stand at the door and knock.  If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will enter his house and dine with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20).  When you try to know God more, more will be revealed to you.  Listening to Biblical messages may seem boring, but its effect is miraculous.  “Thus faith comes from what is heard, and what is herd comes through the word of Christ” (Romans 10:17).    According to my convictions, knowing who God is, what God had done in the lives of people in the past, how God is working in the lives of people now, how we can make a good friendship with God, how we can unite with God again physically and spiritually will straighten our spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing forever.  The Bible is the perfect source for this.  Everything said above is connected to my life also.

    Know that the Devil can Blind You/സാത്താൻനമ്മളെ അന്ധകാരപ്പെടുത്താം(English & Malayalam)

    The first part is in English, and the second part is in Malayalam starting at 22.:34 mark. The devil’s original name in heaven was Lucifer in Latin which means ‘morning star’(Isaiah 14:12).  He was a high-ranking angelic being and an anointed cherub(Ezekiel 28:12-17).  He was full of wisdom, beauty, and perfection.  His position was exalted in heaven, yet pride and desire to exalt himself above God led to his fall.  After his fall, he has been called ‘the Adversary or the ‘Accuser’(job & Zachariah).  In the New Testament, his name is Satan and Slanderer.  He is no longer Lucifer, but he still deceives by appearing as if he were Lucifer.  He turned from a glorious light-bearer to the ultimate adversary, opposes God and seeks to deceive humanity.  Jesus Christ alone is the true Morning Star(Revelation 22:16) and the true light we can follow without fear.  Satan has been trying hard to deceive and blind the entire humanity, including the Christians.     Be Bold and Faithful like Mary Magdalene/മഗ്‌ദലനാ മറിയത്തെപ്പോലെ ധൈര്യവും വിശ്വാസവും ഉണ്ടാകുക

    The first part is in English, and the second part is in Malayalam starting at 10.39 mark.  One encounter with Jesus changed the whole life  and life style of Mary Magdalene. Even in this modern age, it is hard for a woman from whom demons are cast out to come forward publicly and serve God boldly.  Two thousand years ago, Mary Magdalene could overcome her shame and fear of the public once Jesus interfered in her life.  The life of Mary Magdalene teaches us several lessons about the divine healing power of Jesus, how loving and friendly Jesus is, the positive results of a complete surrender to God, the amazing transformation that can occur in our life through an encounter with Jesus, and the resulting boldness with which we can serve God.  God can save and use us regardless of how unclean, sinful  and worldly we are.  My life also got transformed after one encounter with Jesus thirty one years ago.     Make an Effort to Create Holy Moments/വിശുദ്ധ നിമിഷങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുക(English & Malayalam)

    The first part is in English, and the second part is in Malayalam starting a 18:03  mark. Luke 10:30-37 - Parable of the Good Samaritan- a good example of a holy moment. As answer to a lawyer’s question about who is a good neighbor, Jesus said the parable of  the Good Samaritan.  Robbers attacked a man going from Jerusalem to Jericho.  They stripped him, beat him and left him half dead.  A priest and a Levite passed by him, but they did not help him.   But a Samaritan man felt compassion for him, bandaged up his wounds, put him on his beast,  and took him to an inn.  He stayed with him overnight, paid his expenses, and promised to pay any other expenses incurred when he would come back. Then Jesus asked him, Luke 10:10: 36 - “Which of these three do you think proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell into the robbers’ hands?”കള്ളന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിൽ അകപ്പെട്ടവന്നു ഈ മൂവരിൽ ഏവൻ കൂട്ടുകാരനായിത്തീർന്നു എന്നു നിനക്കു തോന്നുന്നു? 10:37 - And he said, “The one who showed mercy toward him.”  Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do the same.”37. അവനോടു കരുണ കാണിച്ചവൻ എന്നു അവൻ  പറഞ്ഞു. യേശു അവനോടു “നീയും പോയി അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്ക” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.     The Blessing of Practicing the Bible/സുവിശേഷം പ്രാവർത്തികമാക്കുന്നതിന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹങ്ങൾ

    The first part is in English, and the second part is in Malayalam at 10:46 mark.  John 14;23 – Jesus said, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.” എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവൻ എന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കും; എന്റെ പിതാവു അവനെ സ്നേഹിക്കും; ഞങ്ങൾ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു അവനോടുകൂടെ വാസം ചെയ്യും.  The Bible emphasizes that reading or hearing the Bible is only the first step.  True spiritual power and blessing come from practicing the word of God.  Jesus, the word of God, was with the Father before the creation of the world.  The Father and the Son Jesus together become one God.  Without Jesus in our life, it is hard to move on smoothly with our life.  When we love Jesus and follow His commands, Jesus and His heavenly Father will come and reside with us.  Then our life will be run by them, not on our own capacity.     Know/Preach the Bible at the earliest/സുവിശേഷം അറിയുക/ ഘോഷിക്കുക എത്രയും വേഗം

    The 1st part is in English, and the 2nd part is in Malayalam starting 13:04 mark.  The Bible highly emphasizes the importance of knowing, studying, and storing the Scripture in our hearts and preaching it to others. The Bible is a historical book and   the living, active Word of God.  It is powerful enough to guide our path, protect against deception,  help us to grow in faith and reach the eternal life with God. According to the plan of God, it is made  for the entire mankind to reach salvation.  If we wait too long to know the Bible, we may be unfortunate to find it anywhere as it is prophesied likewise  in the Bible itself .     What is True Independence?/യഥാർത്ഥ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം എന്താണ്?(English & Malayalam)

    The 1st part is in English, and the 2nd part is in Malayalam starting 13:40 mark.  Several countries in the world have declared independence for themselves, and they call it Independence Day.   The United States declared its independence from the British rule on July 4, 1776 after 169 years of domination.  India declared its independence from the British on August 15, 1947 after 200 years of British dominance.  This is all to do with political freedom.  In the spiritual realm, freedom has a totally different meaning.  When we understand the true meaning of spiritual freedom, we will know that it is the true independence which will guide us in every way, give true happiness, give permanent peace, and lead us to everlasting life with God.  My name...     Do you Persecute Jesus?/നിങ്ങൾയേശുവിനെപീഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ?(English & Malayalam)

    Reasons for the Successes and Failures of Solomon/ശലോമോന്റെ വിജയ പരാജയ കാരണങ്ങൾ

    The 1st part is in English, and the 2nd part is in Malayalam starting 16:57 mark.  The following two Bible verses show the two opposite characters of King Solomon.   1st Kings 10:23 – “So King Solomon became greater than all he kings of the earth in riches and in wisdom.” 1st Kings 11:6 – “ Solomon did what was evil in the sight of the Lord, and did not  follow the Lord fully, as David his father had done.” King Solomon inherited the kingdom from his father David.  God blessed Solomon in many ways by giving wisdom, riches, power and fame.  When we analyze the Scriptures, it is noticeable that he achieved innumerable successes during his reign when he held on to God and performed his duties as a king as per the instruction of God.  Whenever he deviated from God and did things to please false gods, his failures multiplied.  This is a lesson for all.
