Balance by Morgan: Her Running Story and How She Uses Her Platform to Spread Joy and Vulnerability

What an exciting episode! Thank you again Morgan for chatting with me. She shares her journey into running which is a funny one, then her his and downs so far at NYU, and where she’s at now. What I love about her story is that she is so open to how we runners one of our biggest enemies or hindrances can be ourselves. She speaks of how she sought out help, which is so difficult to do, but ultimately was able to change the trajectory of her running and mindset after it was going through a really hard time. It’s Almost 2025! What can I leave in 2024 and what new mindsets will I implement?

I know new year new me is a corny mindset BUT I certainly refuse to go into 2025 the same!! I want to prioritize myself better while also being way more attentive to others. I’m not trying to sound overly critical of myself in this BUT it is essential to start the big changes I desire to see in myself. What should I do when I feel like a failure in running? Putting all your worth in results

This honestly was cathartic for me to just chat and it was just me rambling tbh BUT I thought of my girl Bella and just de used to ramble with yall!! I’m left not satisfied with this season and with some uncertainty so it’s definitely something I need to work through to figure what’s best for me and how I can be my happiest self for my final semester.

Hey guys! It has been a while since we chatted! I decided to bring this back now that I am a little more mentally in it and feeling positive. I really feel strogly about this podcast, but only want to do it when I am wholeheartedly excited to do it. What better way to bring it back then chatting with one of my face positive people, paige! This was just a chill back and forth getting another insight on another college runner's experience at Stockton! I am sorry the audio is kind of terrible, but I want this to be authentic, so I feel like refilming would take away from that. Running into 2024: 23 goals and lessons from 2023

hey! It feels good to be back! Hopefully in 2024, I can make more podcasts for yall! Just wanted to chop it up this morning since I woke up kinda early and it was too cold to run yet haha. But yeah this year was full of lessons and definitely want to implement so many of them into 2024 to not repeat similar failures or mistakes :). Enjoy your holidays guys and make sure to spend time with family, tell them you love them, and enjoy your time. No guilt for enjoying those Christmas treats and especially for maybe taking off to spend some family time or get some well deserved rest
