    Who's Influence are You Under?

My favorite simple morning question to align you to yourself and your source energy.  This episode is a  little bit about how humans work, what that looks like and feels like in relationships, and how to consciously choose your alignment. I hope this is helpful for you, it has helped me immensely in the last decade. In fact It's time I write this on my mirror as a daily reminder! Feel Your Magic

This episode starts off personal. I've just popped the stress bubble Ive been in for a few months, and now that I'm back in reality, I need to bring more of that Self Magic back into my life. So I figured I'd talk about how I think about that and what I do to just crack open the door to magic. Starting from a real lack. This episode is about how to turn the mundane into Magic. How to reconnect to Your Magic, or how to cultivate it consciously in the first place, and have a more magical feeling life. In the most basic starter way, but explained in probably too much detail, a la Alana.  I love you so much, enjoy! Please ask any questions and submit topics in the DMs  @magicselfpod on instagram. Old Millennials Theory and Time Travel IRL

Honestly just putting a voice to some odd thoughts that have been bouncing around in my head lately.  Hello loves!  Today's episode is a bit complex, overall I'm talking about age and aging in Generation X + younger, and about how our hyper-connected-social-techno world has impacted us at this very moment in time. A LOT of thoughts, especially for a Mercury Retrograde, hahaha. I hope I communicated it in a way that's somewhat understandable. What do you think the future holds for us in this context? I'd reallllly love your opinions on it, please DM or comment on insta @magicselfpod . I hope this is truly food for thought and we can have that meal together.  I love you so much, enjoy! Why your Giving isn't Received

Hi loves!  Today's episode is about a really simple, subtle shift that can make a huge difference in your relationships. I've been noticing this more and more in people lately, and in this episode I go into why someone might be doing this, and why it's more common lately. I also talk through how it feels to be on the other side, and the best way to get your needs met if you're in that position.  If you feel seen by this, this is a great topic to bring up in therapy or counseling. I hope my framing of it gives you some good words to describe the feeling.  I love you so much, enjoy! Please ask any questions and submit topics in the DMs  @magicselfpod on instagram.
