This can include vague or unverified claims like "green," "natural," or "eco." Selective Disclosure: Some businesses might emphasize one positive environmental aspect of their operations while downplaying or concealing less eco-friendly practices. For example, a company might highlight energy-efficient lightbulbs in its stores while ignoring excessive packaging waste. Exaggerated Claims: Greenwashing often involves making exaggerated or unverified claims about a product's environmental benefits.
