    In this episode, Julie and Stephanie talk about the tendency to burn the bridges and relationships you've built when you know you're PCS-ing to a new duty station. Sometimes you may not even be aware you're starting to distance yourself from your friends and loved ones, and it's a defense mechanism we sometimes use when we don't want to get hurt when we leave. This episode is your reminder that the relationships you've spent a tour building are just as important as the ones you're going to build at your next tour - so don't burn (or grenade!) that bridge just yet!
