You can tell exactly where your frequency sits by what you are still willing to watch. Everybody says raise your frequency. Almost nobody tells you what that means, how it is done, or how you would know if it had worked. It has become one of those phrases people repeat without ever going a layer further, and Jess suspects that is because they cannot. This episode is the practical follow-on to yesterday's, and it takes the whole thing out of the abstract and puts it somewhere you can actually check. The measure is attraction and repulsion. What you are drawn to, what you cannot go near, and the third stage, where the thing simply stops entering your reality at all. If nothing repels you, that is information. If you find yourself three clicks into something shocking and unable to look away, that is information too. Jess talks about the seven day Joe Dispenza retreat, seven hours of meditation a day, and the months afterwards she calls her glow era. The field she could feel at roughly an arm's length from her body. Children stopping in the street to stare just above her head. Strangers smiling at her for no reason. And then the drop, and what the drop looked like from the inside, starting with a Netflix documentary that suddenly looked quite interesting. There is also the part most frequency teaching leaves out entirely, which is boredom. Presence is not a technique you perform. It is what is left when nothing is taking your attention, and it is the only condition under which suppressed material gets to come up and finish. Jess uses the child's tantrum as the model and her own childhood in Africa, with almost no television and hours spent throwing a tennis ball against a wall, as the evidence. And a hard one near the end: if you have to announce a boundary, it is not a boundary. Willpower cannot hold a frequency. Something has to shift in consciousness instead.
