    Modern Times (1936)

    This week, the lads are turning back the clock — way back — as We Interrupt This Movie ventures into the 1930s for the first time with Charlie Chaplin’s 1936 classic, Modern Times. Join us as we discuss Chaplin’s final outing as the Little Tramp, the film’s incredible physical comedy, its satire of work and technology, and whether a movie made in 1936 can still make three guys with a podcast laugh in 2026 (spoiler - one of us enjoys this film much more than the other two).
