    Control Your Brightness

    Seasonal depression is startin‘ to make her way round town y’all. With the holidays approaching we may feel the need to give more of ourselves in order to keep the spirits high. Take some time to make sure you good first and if you ain’t got the energy to spare say ‘I ain’t got it’ and gone on on. You’ll thank yourself later.

    This episode I’m diving deep into traumas that may have hindered me in making progress or being my best self when my best self was all I needed. I ran slam towards acknowledging how much self-help is truly all about being willing to confront your demons head on and putting in the work to change the things that no longer serve you.
