    109. Stay Breezy: An Honest Conversation on Marriage, Motherhood, Childhood, Life & Letting Go with Brianna Lough

What does it mean to stay breezy when real life feels anything but easy? In this episode of Meditations & Conversations, I sit down with, Brianna Lough, the woman behind Livin Breezy Co. for a raw, heartfelt conversation about marriage, motherhood, parenting, childhood, relationships, yoga, movement, surrender, personal growth, and the beautifully complicated experience of being human. This isn’t a polished interview with perfectly packaged answers. It’s two women sitting down together and talking about real life. We explore the ways our childhood experiences continue to shape us as adults, how marriage and parenthood can become mirrors for our own healing and growth, and what happens when we begin questioning the patterns, expectations, and stories we’ve carried with us. We talk about relationships. Raising children. Navigating marriage. Movement and our relationships with our bodies. Yoga as something much deeper than physical practice. The tension between holding on and letting go. And what it looks like to consciously choose a different way of moving through life. At the heart of Livin Breezy is a powerful reminder: In a life pressured by pace,in a reality mirroring back contradictions,in an awareness of an inner world and choosing different… Life will hand us plenty of reasons to grip. And in those moments, sometimes the practice is surrender. The decision is yours. I choose to S T A Y B R E E Z Y. But what does surrender actually look like when you’re in the middle of marriage, motherhood, work, relationships, old wounds, responsibilities, and everything else life asks us to carry? That’s where this conversation goes. There is laughter. Vulnerability. Reflection. Different perspectives. Shared experiences. Stories from our pasts and conversations about who we are becoming now. No perfect roadmap. No pretending we have it all figured out. Just an honest conversation between two women navigating life, marriage, motherhood, childhood, relationships, yoga, movement, healing, growth, and the continual practice of letting go. 108. September 2026 Full Moon in Aries & Pisces | Western and Vedic Astrology, Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra & Rituals

The September 26 Harvest Full Moon arrives just after the fall equinox, illuminating the space between who we are on our own and who we become in relationship. In Western astrology, the Moon is in Aries opposite the Sun in Libra. Aries asks where we are ready to speak honestly, honor our desires, and take up space. Libra asks how we can do that while caring for the people we love. Through the Vedic lens, the Moon falls in sidereal Pisces within Uttara Bhadrapada nakshatra, inviting us beneath the surface of our reactions to consider what is changing—and what remains steady within us. In this episode, we explore both astrological perspectives and weave in Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, Kundalini, and Tantra. We’ll talk about the courage to be yourself, the wisdom of letting go, and how to meet a changing season without leaving yourself behind. 106. September 2026 New Moon: Western + Vedic Astrology & Sacred Wisdom Rituals

The September 2026 New Moon invites us into sacred refinement, embodied pleasure, and the courage to begin again. Arriving on September 10 at 18° Virgo in Western astrology, this New Moon illuminates our routines, well-being, boundaries, responsibilities, and the small choices shaping our lives. Virgo reminds us that lasting transformation does not always begin with one dramatic decision. More often, it grows through simple acts of attention repeated with devotion. From the Vedic perspective, this Amavasya falls in sidereal Leo within Purva Phalguni nakshatra—a Venus-ruled lunar mansion connected to creativity, relationships, beauty, restoration, receiving, and the life-giving power of pleasure. Together, these systems create a beautiful conversation between discipline and delight, structure and softness, devotion and joy. In this episode, we explore: * The meaning of the New Moon in Virgo through Western and Hellenistic astrology * The influence of Mercury and Mars during this lunation * The Vedic meaning of Amavasya in Leo* Purva Phalguni nakshatra and its relationship to creativity, pleasure, rest, and receiving * Ayurvedic support for the transition from summer into fall * Virgo’s connection to digestion, discernment, and integration * The yogic practices of svadhyaya and saucha * How repeated thoughts and habits shape our energy from a Kundalini perspective * The Tantric invitation to experience the body, beauty, pleasure, and ordinary life as part of the spiritual path * A grounding New Moon ritual to help you release, listen, and choose one sustainable devotion This New Moon is not asking you to perfect your entire life. It is asking you to notice what is ready to be lovingly refined. What could become more nourishing if it also became simpler? What if your discipline protected your softness? What if the life you desire does not require you to become someone else—but to care more intentionally for the person you already are? Five New Moon Journal Prompts 1. Where am I being invited to refine my life—not because I am failing, but because I am ready for greater alignment? 2. Which expectation, routine, or responsibility has become more draining than devotional? 3. What helps my body feel safe, steady, nourished, and able to trust the rhythm of my life? 4. Where have I made joy, creativity, rest, or pleasure something I must earn? What would change if I allowed myself to receive? 5. What is one small, sustainable commitment that could meaningfully transform the next six months of my life? 103. August 2026 Eclipse Season: Into the Shadow, Back to the Light

The August 2026 Eclipse Season is here, beginning with the August 12 New Moon + Total Solar Eclipse and culminating with the August 28 Lunar Eclipse. In this episode, we explore the deeper meaning of this powerful eclipse corridor through Western astrology, Vedic astrology (Jyotisha), Ayurveda, Yoga, Kundalini and Tantra and, most importantly, how we can actually work with this energy in our everyday lives. The August 12 Total Solar Eclipse falls in Leo in Western tropical astrology, bringing themes of identity, courage, creativity, visibility, authenticity and releasing our need for external validation. Through the Vedic sidereal lens, the eclipse takes us into Cancer and Ashlesha Nakshatra, symbolized by the coiled serpent and the sacred process of shedding what has become too small for who we are becoming. Then, on August 28, we move into the Lunar Eclipse in Pisces through the Western lens and Aquarius + Shatabhisha Nakshatra through the Vedic lens, shifting the conversation toward surrender, healing, release and our relationship with the collective. In this episode, we explore: • August 12, 2026 New Moon + Total Solar Eclipse• August 28, 2026 Lunar Eclipse• Western vs. Vedic astrology of the eclipses• Leo, Cancer + Ashlesha Nakshatra• Pisces, Aquarius + Shatabhisha Nakshatra• Rahu + Ketu and the deeper meaning of eclipses• Why eclipses are powerful catalysts for change• Ayurveda for grounding during transitional seasons• Yoga and the practice of becoming the witness• Kundalini, Kriya, mantra + eclipse sadhana• Tantra and learning to stay open to change• Simple eclipse rituals + practices• Journal prompts for reflection, shedding and becoming Eclipses have a way of accelerating what has already been moving beneath the surface. We can resist the change, cling to what is familiar and try to continue with business as usual. Or we can listen. We can become curious about what life is asking of us and consciously participate in the transformation already unfolding. What is changing? What are you ready to shed? What wants to emerge through you now? What ends with you? What begins through you? You don't have to know exactly what's next. Move. Breathe. Practice. Nourish yourself. Listen. Allow everything. Follow nothing. Eclipse season doesn't require us to predict the future. It asks us to become present enough to participate in our becoming.
