The 4% that do are rarely as devastating as we expect. And the 1% that actually hit hard? They didn’t destroy us—and in many cases, they developed us. Sidney also breaks down the difference between true fear, false fears, and unwarranted anxieties, helping men recognize when their thoughts are rooted in past pain or future uncertainty, not present truth. This episode is a call to stop living an inch deep, ruled by shadows and “what-ifs,” and to start standing in the power, love, and sound mind that God already gave us.

    This is the first episode of the New Year. In this brief “solo session”, the topic of embracing the new things in life is discussed. Ecclesiastes 3:1-5 talks about the seasons of life. Isaiah 43:18-19 says “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” What is God doing new in you? No matter what the answer to that question is; never forget, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” ( 2 Corinthians 5:17) If you are in Christ, yes you too are NEW.
